Benjamin N Phillips Memorial Fund
**The 2026 cycle is now open. LOI’s may be submitted July 6th through August 7th.
The Benjamin N. Phillips Memorial Fund awards grants annually to a broad range of charitable organizations serving Clallam County. The fund is a legacy gift of Benjamin Phillips, a prominent Clallam County resident and business leader. Seattle Foundation partners closely with Olympic View Community Foundation (OVCF) to run the Phillips grant program.
Requests follow a two-step application process. The first step is submitting a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) on Seattle Foundation’s grantmaking portal, describing your project and request. Letters of Inquiry are reviewed by Phillips Fund Staff and the OVCF Advisory Committee. Once LOIs are reviewed, approved applicants will be invited to submit a full grant application.
