COGS operates under the Fiscal Sponsorship of Olympic View Community Foundation (OVCF), a tax exempt, nonprofit organization under IRS code 501(c)(3). Thus, cash contributions to COGS are tax deductible. The COGS program aligns with the mission of Olympic View Community Foundation, to improve the quality of life in Clallam County by connecting people who care with causes that matter.

OVCF is proud to serve as the non-profit Fiscal Sponsor for this caring local group of volunteers who provide for the needs of some of our county’s most vulnerable children.
