OVCF Announces Opening of LOI Process for Benjamin N. Phillips Memorial Fund Grant

SEQUIM, WA — The Olympic View Community Foundation (OVCF), in partnership with Seattle Foundation, is pleased to announce that the Letter of Intent (LOI) process is now open for the Benjamin N. Phillips Memorial Fund Grant. Local nonprofit organizations serving Clallam County are encouraged to apply and to share this opportunity with others in the community.

The Benjamin N. Phillips Memorial Fund was established as a legacy gift from Benjamin Phillips, a respected Clallam County resident and business leader whose philanthropic vision continues to benefit a broad range of charitable organizations.

Grant Application Timeline

  • LOI Submissions Open: July 10, 2025
  • LOI Deadline: August 4, 2025
  • Full Application Opens (By Invitation): September 3, 2025
  • Full Application Deadline: September 30, 2025

Interested organizations should begin the application process by submitting a Letter of Inquiry via Seattle Foundation’s grantmaking portal. LOIs will be reviewed by the Phillips Fund Staff and OVCF Advisory Committee. Selected applicants will then be invited to submit a full grant proposal.
